| Philadelphia Youth Development Corps ENVIRONMENTAL FRIDAYS Join The EarthDay Kids @ John Barry (Leeds Certified) School For "Environmental Fridays" powered by Principal Fisher. The month of October will Kick-Off "Environmental Fridays" That's the day we will focus on promoting Environmental Awareness in our schools. That's the day our students will proudly, Officially begin to help our Environment through education. We will join The Earth Day Kids and Philadelphia Youth Development Corp. in learning the "Theme Song For Earth Day"- Its Not Unusual, written by Charles Fuller. - Environmental School Building (What is a Green School?) - Encourage The Students to write what they think will help out environment. - Bring in pictures and magazine articles. - Let the students explore what they can do. |
